Cancellation and Refund Terms
- Full Refund: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in or in case of a no-show will not be eligible for any refund.
Refund Process
- All refunds will be processed back to the original mode of payment.
- It may take up to 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Guests will be notified via email or SMS once the refund has been initiated.
Third-Party Bookings
For reservations made through third-party travel websites or apps, refund policies may vary. Please refer to the respective platform’s cancellation rules.
